Gary ENG
Gary Eng has invested his entire being into making a difference in the lives of children who need it most. As Nuvin puts it, “WWB’s biggest win ever was persuading Gary to lead the way toward making our dream of nationwide impact a reality.”
Gary’s leadership is defined by a deep-rooted passion for service and an unyielding belief in the power of hope. With a clear vision, he has embraced WWB’s mission, knowing that real change starts with personal commitment and empathy. His ability to inspire those around him and mobilize efforts across regions has been instrumental in expanding WWB’s reach, ensuring that no child is left behind.

A veteran of UK Customs and a steadfast ambassador of its Canadian counterpart, Tony Nannar has been a pillar of support for WWB from the very beginning. Since the organization’s inception in 2006, Tony has proven to be its biggest ally, playing a crucial role in shaping and expanding its mission. His extensive experience in customs enforcement, combined with his heart for service, has been instrumental in building bridges between institutions and ensuring WWB’s growth both locally and nationally.
Tony’s commitment to WWB runs deep, driven by a personal belief in the power of community and the importance of standing by children who need it most. His influence goes beyond logistics and advocacy—Tony’s ability to foster relationships and rally support has propelled WWB to new heights, strengthening its outreach and mission over the years.

Cheaton, ever since being introduced to WWB, fully immersed himself in its mission with passion and purpose. Embracing the joy and responsibility of fatherhood deepened his drive to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children who need it most. This personal journey has become the fuel behind his unwavering commitment to WWB’s vision. With his leadership, the future of WWB is undoubtedly in good hands, and Cheaton is poised to guide the initiative toward even greater achievements in the years ahead.

Patrick LAI
Patrick, originally from Toronto, relocated to Vancouver in 2014. Since 2015, he has been a dedicated ambassador for Wishes Without Borders, tirelessly contributing to the fight against childhood cancer. In British Columbia, much like Emilie in Quebec, Patrick has been deeply committed to blood donation campaigns in support of Canadian Blood Services. Affectionately known as Dr. Lai among his peers, Patrick also maintains strong connections with the BC Law Enforcement Torch Run and Polar Plunge fundraisers, both of which support BC Special Olympics.

Marc Antoine LEDUC
In 2007, Marc Antoine was introduced to the reality of childhood cancer when he witnessed Nuvin’s battle firsthand. From that moment on, he became a passionate ambassador for the cause and has played a pivotal role in making WWB what it is today—a force for change in the lives of children who need it most, nationwide.
Marc Antoine Leduc exemplifies the essence of true empathy. Beyond his commitment to childhood cancer, he holds a deep and personal connection with children with autism, reflecting the breadth of his compassion.
With unwavering support from WWB, Marc Antoine continues to make a profound impact, embodying the spirit of hope and advocacy at the heart of the mission.

Emilie Breton, often seen as a younger female version of Nuvin within our Quebec academy, exemplifies the spirit of WWB in every way. With a natural passion for service, aside the WWB, Emilie has embraced a cause close to her heart by spearheading blood drives, demonstrating her leadership and commitment to making a difference.
Her dedication reflects the core values of WWB, and her presence inspires those around her to rally behind meaningful change. Emilie embodies the future of WWB—an organic leader whose vision and heart will undoubtedly guide the organization forward for years to come.
